OIL HARBOR LLC ("Oil Harbor", "we") provides service activities incidental to water transport, construction of water projects, road and sea freight, warehousing, cargo handling, transport support, property rental and tour operator services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" and the GDPR.

2. Shipping clients and crews
Contacts of shipowners, charterers and agents; crew lists and seafarers' identity documents as required for port formalities, shared with port authorities, border and customs services.
3. Cargo and trucking
Consignee contacts, transport documents and drivers' details.
4. Tour participants
Names, contacts and, where required, identity details for passenger lists. Lists are deleted after the tour unless needed for an incident.
5. Site access and security
Port and warehouse areas are protected by access control and video surveillance; records are kept for the periods required by security rules.
6. International transfers
Shipping documents are shared with foreign shipowners and agents using appropriate safeguards.
7. Purposes and grounds
Legal obligations (maritime, customs, border, tourism), performance of contracts, legitimate interests (security).
8. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
